We’ve got four fresh murals that are about to drop and set the stage for an epic summer bash. Each mural captures the essence of Corpus Christi, blending in the fun, historic, and cultural vibes that make our city one-of-a-kind. Mural Fest – Artists
Anthony Brooks is a visual artist based between NW Indiana and Berlin, Germany. Working mainly in public art and illustration, he has more than 60 murals in 14 countries, including the United States, Denmark, Spain, Germany, and much of Eastern Europe.
Stephanie Sanz is an illustrator and muralist currently based in Dallas, Texas, who grew up in Panama City, Panama, where she cultivated her passion for mural arts within the vibrant local scene of her hometown. The main thematic thread of her work revolves around female empowerment, as well as themes such as environmental advocacy, immigration narratives, and social equity. With over ten years of experience as a visual artist, Sanz has created over 30 murals spanning the southwestern United States, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama.
Sonny Behan, also known as Sonny Sundancer, is globally renowned for his magnificent large-scale wildlife murals and intricately detailed oil paintings. His art, which seamlessly blends realism with abstraction, can be found in galleries and streets worldwide, from South Africa to New York. Sonny’s passion for using his creativity to highlight the need to protect and preserve the natural world has earned him the reputation of being an artist driven to make an impact.
Key Detail is a mural artist who also specializes in painting and illustration. Based in New York, NY, he has created murals in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. With eight years of architectural experience, he responds creatively and uniquely to site-specific design challenges. Key Detail’s artworks have been featured in various international magazines and books, and his paintings are included in private art collections throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Cre8tive Culture is a collective of artists, based right here in Corpus Christi, Texas and is led by Jeremy Flores. Their objective as a collective is to partner with community stakeholders to create breathtaking murals that make our city more beautiful. Jeremy Flores has painted dynamic murals across the United States and in countries such as Peru, Costa Rica, and France.
