ABOUT ALL SUP Classes: SUP is short for Stand Up Paddleboard. Boards, paddles & lifevests are included. We use high quality fitness boards. On-deck safety & paddle instruction is included for each class to make beginners comfortable & refresh experienced SUPers!
SUP FIT FUSION is a full body, core inspired workout on the SUP that includes a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, body weight, strength and fitness movements led by personal trainer Anastasia Nichols.
