It’s not just another art festival…it’s Arts Alive at The Art Center. An art experience for all ages. A weekend of crazy creativity featuring interactive art, live demonstrations, and hands-on art action. There will be food trucks, live music, unique art demonstrations, community art project, kids activities and much more.

¡Que Bueno! Taco Fest is an annual festival highlighting the taco and creative culture of our city. At its core, ¡Que Bueno! Taco Fest is a food festival focused on tacos plus Mexican art and culture. However, the festival has a greater purpose. ¡Que Bueno! Taco Fest was created to be a signature event for Corpus Christi and The Ritz Theatre. Proceeds from the event go to restore the historic Ritz and fund the Artist Nurturing Program, developed to support local artists encouraging them to stay in Corpus Christi and thrive here. The festival takes place downtown to elevate our downtown and bring more citizens into the heart of our city.

Features Live Music: Latin Pop/Rock, Kumbia, Ska, Tejano, Flamenco, Mariachi & Salsa. Performances by CC Ballet Folklorico Dance Companies, Mariachi groups, an Hecho a Mano Art Expo featuring 85+ arts and crafts vendors, Kids Corner Activities, Extravagancia de Pinatas Youth Contest & Fine Art Exhibition at K Space Contemporary, TAMUCC Iron Pour & T-Shirt Printing, Altars of Remembrance at the Ritz Theater, food, drinks and lots of face painting!
