Downtown Corpus Christi is a premier holiday destination for family and friends during the 2023 holiday season! Help us light up the Corpus Christi Municipal Marina with holiday cheer by participating in the Port of corpus Christi’s annual Illuminated Boat Parade on Saturday, December 2nd. Boats of all shapes and sizes can take part in the parade and have a chance to take home one of the boat parade titles and cash prizes.

- All participants must submit a registration form.
- Décor must be colorful and coastal.
- This is NOT a same-day decorating competition. We suggest decorating 1-2 weeks prior to the boat parade but MUST be completed by 5pm on Dec 2nd.
- Boat Captains must attend the Skippers meeting on Saturday, December 3rd at 10:00am at the Yacht club.
- The first 10 visiting participants to sign up will receive complimentary slips for any 2 days: 12/1 & 12/2 OR 12/2 & 12/3. *Only for participants who do not already have a slip in the Municipal Marina.

- Boat Parade Date: Saturday, December 2nd
- Skipper’s Meeting: 10:00 a.m. at CC Yacht Club
- Boat line-up: 7:00 p.m. at Marina
- Boat Parade & Judging: 7:30 – 8:15 p.m.
- Award Ceremony & After Party: 9:00 p.m.

- Sailboat – $500 prize
- Commercial Boat – $500 prize

- *Applies to boats participating in BOTH the illuminated boat parade and the La Posada Lighted Boat Parade. Winner will be honored at the first City Council meeting in 2023.
